Our Promise: Hassle-Free Returns

At Bryan Anthonys, we believe every piece of jewelry tells a story. If your story doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it better.


Simple Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Exceptions: Custom, engraved, or final-sale pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How It Works

  1. Start the Process: Email us customersupport@bryananthonys.com
  2. Ship It Back: We’ll send you a prepaid return label. (A small shipping fee may apply to refunds.)
  3. Receive Your Refund: Once your return is processed, we’ll take care of the rest.

 


Refunds & Options

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Exchanges: Love it but need a different size or style? Let us know on the return form—we’ll make it right.

For Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that an item becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us, and we’ll gladly provide a replacement.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please email us at customersupport@bryananthonys.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund—no questions asked.


Holiday Returns Made Easy

To make gifting stress-free, any orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 15.
