No, mystery gifts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our jewelry is durable but not waterproof. Exposure to water may affect condition over time.
Are your pieces gold or silver plated?
Yes, our pieces are plated in either 14k gold or rhodium (silver) on brass and are completely nickel-free.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of our fashion jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.
Do you customize jewelry?
We do not offer customizations. Each design is created with meaningful, intentional design elements.
What does your packaging look like?
Each piece comes in a reusable pouch and is wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection.
How should I care for my jewelry?
