Jewelry that is lost, stolen, broken, tarnished, scratched, chipped, or anything else life throws your way. Protection will start on the date your purchase from Bryan Anthonys and will never expire!

Our standard warranty covers manufacturer defects within 30 days of purchase. Shine On Protection allows one replacement for the lifetime of your jewelry.

Shine on Protection will never expire! Your one replacement is good for the lifetime of the jewelry.

If your item is out of stock, you will need to wait for a notification that it is back in stock, and we can send you your replacement then, or you can choose a different item of equal or lesser value.
If your item is discontinued, you can choose a different item of equal or lesser value to replace your original item. If it is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.

Shine On Protection cannot be refunded at any time.

You will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping at the time of your replacement purchase.

No. As long as you use the same email address you completed your purchase with, we will have records of your Shine On Protection.

No. Shine On Protection is one time use for one product. If you would like to cover multiple items, you will need to buy multiple Shine On Protection plans.

With the purchase of Shine on Protection, you are entitled to one replacement during the lifetime of your jewelry. If you would like to cover your new piece of jewelry, you will need to purchase a new plan with it.

You can make a claim whenever you need by filling out the form on this page. If everything checks out, you will have a code to make your replacement purchase within minutes.

Parties to the Plan - the Company is the Plan Provider and the Customer is the purchaser of the Plan.

Plan Purchase Price - $13.99

Deductible - The plan has no deductible.

Transfer - The plan is not transferrable.

Replacements - Customer is only entitled to one replacement item per Plan purchased. Upon issuance of a replacement item the Plan is completed. Once a plan is used the Plan may not be refunded or cancelled.

Plan Cancellation - The plan may be cancelled at the discretion of the Customer by writing to us at (service email). Plans cancelled within 30 days of issuance will be given a full refund to the original payment method. Plans cancelled 31 days or more after purchase do not receive a refund.

Total Plan Liability - The total liability under the Plan is the purchase price for the covered item. The company will have satisfied all obligations under the Plan once a replacement item is provided.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NO MATTER WHAT THE CAUSE, INCLUDING DELAY IN REPLACING MERCHANDISE UNDER THE PLAN OR LOSS OF USE DURING THE PERIOD THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS AWAITING REPLACEMENT.

The obligations of the Plan Provider under this agreement are backed by the full faith and credit of the Plan Provider.

Entire Agreement – these terms and conditions set forth the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Plan and no representation, promise, or condition not contained in these terms shall modify the terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction - This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

State Specific Exclusions - This Plan is not available in: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Kentucky, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
