Duty Fees for International Orders

Bryan Anthonys: International Order Return Policy

International orders are eligible for return, however return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for orders shipped outside of the United States. This includes orders shipped to Canada and all other international destinations. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, Bryan Anthonys is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact our team at support@bryananthonys.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen PackagesBryan Anthonys is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly.
