I have been trying to get a hold of someone at your company for the last two weeks. Your customer service chat is always off-line. I have reached out multiple times via email to return an item and your company will not respond. now it’s past your 14 day return policy so now I’m stuck with jewelry that is way too big, and not an accurate size. Your customer service sucks!!!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves that this is how you do business. So disappointing.
