Hi Becky,
We’re truly sorry for the extended delay with your pre-order and for the frustration caused by our communication along the way. We understand how disappointing it is to wait well beyond the expected shipping timeframe, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your necklace.
We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your order, provide a clear update on its status, and review your request for a discount. Our team will reach out via email so we can work toward a resolution.
Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize that this experience has fallen short of your expectations.
