Terrible customer service, never received item

I would love to leave a review for this lovely item that I pre-ordered and paid for on August 27th and still have not received. My assumption was that it would be shipped as soon as the item became available, which at the time was supposed to be in mid-September. It is now almost November. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and received what seem to be automated AI responses. I love what this necklace looks like and still would love to receive it with some of my money discounted due to the delay and poor customer service. The first time I ordered from this company I received the item quickly and it was satisfactory. Things appear to have gone downhill. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will not buy anything from them again.

Hi Becky,

We’re truly sorry for the extended delay with your pre-order and for the frustration caused by our communication along the way. We understand how disappointing it is to wait well beyond the expected shipping timeframe, especially when you were looking forward to receiving your necklace.

We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your order, provide a clear update on its status, and review your request for a discount. Our team will reach out via email so we can work toward a resolution.

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize that this experience has fallen short of your expectations.

Not sure this is a real product

I was so excited about this necklace. I ordered the first week of September knowing there was a back order until the end of September. The backorder date keeps moving which has me questioning if this is even a real product. I’ve ordered custom furniture that have come quicker than this. Now going on two months since ordering.

Hi There,

We’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your order, provide a clear update on its status. Our team will reach out via email so we can work toward a resolution.

Meh

Meh. Not something I would have chosen nor would my wife.

We’re sorry to hear that the piece wasn’t what you or your wife expected. We understand that choosing jewelry can be personal, especially when it’s intended as a gift, and we’re disappointed to hear that it missed the mark.

We’ve reached out to you via email to learn more about your experience and see how we may be able to help. We hope to hear back from you so we can better understand your concerns and explore a possible resolution.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to assist you.

Delicate and lovely

Delicate and lovely, this is a beautiful addition to any outfit, and most certainly a wedding weekend outfit. Love the color, length (sits at my colar bones) and details.
