I have had my pkg saying out for delivery since Oct. 16, and I have ordered before and this has never happened! I really wanted my necklace too! Any help would be helpful. I reached out but never heard back from anyone! Otherwise I can't give a?rating with not getting product! Sorry

I never received my order. Tracking shows perpetually in transit. I’ve tried contacting the company and I get no response. They got my money. I got nothing.

I gave this to my 16 year old daughter as a gift when she was going through a difficult period. She loves it and wears it every day.
This was a gift that never arrived! I am very disappointed and would like another item sent out to my sister-in-law! This is ridiculous! I actually love all of the other items u have purchased and was bragging about you and then this happened.
