Refund policy
Refund to payment method - Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs (except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment), provided the return is initiated within 21 days from the date of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Items that are purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund to payment method but can be exchanged at the sale value or returned for store credit (less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment).
Exchanges & Store Credit - Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable you may exchange your items or return them for store credit provided the return is initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase. Store credit expires after 1 year. For exchanges, once the items are received back and inspected for quality, our team will send your requested exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange request, please use our returns form at https://www.bryananthonys.com/pages/bryananthonys-returns or email our Customer Support Department at customersupport@bryananthonys.com to obtain written authorization to return before shipping your product. We are not obligated to accept any returns without written authorization, but we may do so at our discretion. We retain the right to deny refunds to customers who do not comply with these Terms of Sale or our Terms of Service.
Refunds are processed within approximately 21 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, but we may choose to credit you for the cost of shipping at our discretion. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. You must also provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or confirmation email.
