Great customer service

I originally purchased a different bracelet - a gold plated one that unfortunately started to show discoloration after only a few months of use. I contacted customer service and they replied immediately and offered to replace the original one. It was out of stock so they offered something comparable and I chose this one. The bracelet is very dainty and seems to be holding up well. But ultimately, I appreciated the great customer service.

A beautiful reminder

I bought two bracelets (one for me and one for my sister) to remind us of our time together last year caring for our mom. We spent two months together caring for mom before she passed last March. Our time together was powerful.The pain that a grain of sand must cause a clam to surround it with such beauty is a perfect symbol of our time together.
