2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at [TIME] [TIME ZONE] on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM [TIME ZONE] on [END DATE]. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, submit the entry form on this page with a valid email address to receive one (1) entry (“Base Entry”). The form also asks about your jewelry preferences; your answer does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

Bonus Entries. Entrants who also provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor receive one (1) additional entry (“Bonus Entry”), for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Providing a phone number and opting in is optional and is not required to enter or win. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of entry or purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; opting out after entry does not forfeit a Bonus Entry already earned.

Limits. One (1) Base Entry per person, per email address and per household, and one (1) Bonus Entry per person and per mobile number. Entries generated by script, bot or other automated means, or using multiple identities, email addresses or phone numbers, are void. Purchases do not generate entries.

5. Marketing Communications

Entrants will receive promotional email from Sponsor at the address submitted and may unsubscribe at any time without affecting eligibility or chances of winning. Text messages are sent only to entrants who opt in as described in Section 4.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Bryan Anthonys jewelry of the winner’s choosing, selected from pieces available at bryananthonys.com, with a total retail value of up to $1,000.00. [Selection window and delivery terms] Five (5) Runner-Up Prizes: one (1) $100.00 Bryan Anthonys gift card each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,500.00. Gift cards are redeemable only at bryananthonys.com, are subject to Sponsor’s gift card terms, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. All taxes are the winner’s responsibility; Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Six (6) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [DRAWING DATE, the day after the Giveaway Period ends]. The first eligible entry drawn wins the Grand Prize; the next five (5) each win a Runner-Up Prize. Limit one (1) prize per person. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours and confirm eligibility. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is ineligible or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Entrant Offer

Entrants receive a $20 Stack Starter Credit after entering: $20 off an order of $100 or more, valid for 48 hours. The offer is a thank-you for entering, is separate from the Giveaway, and using it or not does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies from liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure impairs its integrity, and may then select a winner from eligible entries received before that action. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
