1. Sponsor

The Bryan Anthonys “$500 for You + $500 for Someone You Love” Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [SPONSOR MAILING ADDRESS] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [TIME] [TIME ZONE] on [START DATE] and ends at [TIME] [TIME ZONE] on [END DATE] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are three ways to receive entries during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Order entry. Place an order at bryananthonys.com. Each qualifying order receives entries based on its subtotal [after discounts, before taxes and shipping]: any order, 1 entry; $150.00 or more, 3 entries; $250.00 or more, 7 entries. Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the drawing do not receive entries.
• Free entry (no purchase). Complete the free entry form at [PAGE URL] with your full name, email address and state of residence and accept these Official Rules. Each completed free entry receives 7 entries, equal to the highest order tier.
• Social bonus entries. Follow @bryananthonys on Instagram and/or on TikTok and provide your handle on the free entry form to receive 1 bonus entry per platform, available once per person per platform, regardless of whether you placed an order. Following status is self-reported and may be verified by Sponsor.

Limits. Maximum 7 entries per person per day from order entries and free entries combined, plus a maximum of 2 social bonus entries per person for the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one free entry per person and per email address per day. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, or using multiple or fake identities or email addresses, are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) Bryan Anthonys digital gift cards of $500.00 each, one for the winner and one for the winner to give to a person of their choosing. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,000.00. Gift cards are redeemable only at bryananthonys.com, are subject to the gift card terms at [GIFT CARD TERMS URL], and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of the prize by the winner, except that the winner may give the second gift card to another person. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Drawing and Odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or about [DRAWING DATE] by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the entry within [X] days of the drawing and must respond within [X] days. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where lawful) within [X] days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining eligible entries.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

9. General Conditions and Release

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it cannot run as planned, in which case the winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the action. Except where prohibited, the winner’s name and state may be used for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Social Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Entrants release those platforms from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at bryananthonys.com/policies/privacy-policy. [CONFIRM whether free entrants are added to marketing email; if so, state it here and on the form with opt-in consent.]

12. Disputes and Governing Law
